Lore: the things only your senior devs know. In every AI session.

Every team using AI coding agents lives the same decay: the agent makes a mistake, a human corrects it, and the correction evaporates when the session ends. The same mistake returns next week, in another tool, with another developer. Lore is what I'm building to close that loop, and it's the tool I wish every team I've led had owned.

The decay

AI agents don't remember being corrected. Every fix a senior engineer makes in review, every "we don't do it that way here", every reverted commit is knowledge the organisation just paid for, and it's gone by the next session. Your most experienced people slowly become full-time explainers of things the team already learned. And the more AI-assisted your development gets, the faster the same lessons leak away.

What Lore does

Lore watches the trail your team already leaves behind: repeated CI failures, human corrections of agent work, review overrides, reverted commits. When the same friction keeps recurring, it drafts an evidence-backed policy change, with the receipts and a regression case attached, and sends it through your normal pull-request review. Once merged, the policy is compiled into the files every AI coding agent reads, in every session, and measured after release to prove it actually worked.

It's local-first by design. No account, no service, no uploaded source. One CLI and a folder of versioned text files that live in your repo, get reviewed like code, and belong to your team.

Nothing counts as learned until a human has reviewed it and merged it.

Why you can't have it yet

Lore is pre-alpha. The full learning loop works end to end, and I'm battle-testing it privately on real repositories, including the ones behind the products on this site. I'd rather it earn its opinions in production than launch on promises. A public, open-source release is planned; until then, access is by invitation.

Plays well with
Claude Code Codex Cursor Copilot Gemini CLI anything that reads AGENTS.md

Want in early?

If your team is correcting the same AI mistakes twice, that's exactly the signal Lore feeds on. Book a call, tell me about your stack, and if it's a fit I'll walk you through what Lore would learn from your repositories.

You work with me directly. Not an agency, not a sales rep, not a junior.
